Mr.Govind.R.Chandran is a Graduate Mechanical Engineer, retired from Indian Air force and founder of "GSVC- Project Engineering & Consultancy Services" primarily working under different banner.

He has served various Integrated Steel and Power Industries like New Tech Forge, Echjay Industries, BHEL, IOL, Modi, Universal Minning, Grasim, Monet Ispat Ltd, Dana International, Salasar Steel & Power, Sanghi, and Nav Bharat Fuse, Doha Integrated Company and many more.

He has over 34 years experience in steel and related industries and known to be Master in Sponge Iron Technology. Over the years, he has also become recognized as a concerned and astute iron and steel expert who incorporates cost-effective and environmentally friendly innovations into new plant designs as well as his total modernization of aging plants.
