Terms & Conditions for Vendor's Registration:
Our Vendors are valued partners in our business development and we work with them in a spirit of mutual co-operation to meet our business objectives.
Annual Registration Fees for Indian Vendors:
1. Existing Registered Vendors Fees: INR 2000/- (Two Thousand Only/-)
2. New Registration Fees: INR 5000/- (Five Thousand Only/-)
Annual Registration Fees for Foreign Vendors:
1. Existing Registered Vendors Fees: USD 350
2. New Registration Fees: USD 450
Existing vendors are requested to apply for updating their data so that continuity may be maintained for our future requirements.
Re-registration fees for existing approved Indian vendors shall be Rs 2000/-(non refundable). However new parties to submit a registration fee of Rs 5000/-(non refundable) by Demand Draft drawn in favour of Golden Star Ventures Company (GSVC) at Raipur.
Re-registration fees for existing approved Foreign vendors shall be USD 350 non refundable). However new parties to submit a registration fee of USD 450 (non refundable) by Demand Draft drawn in favour of Golden Star Ventures Company (GSVC) at Raipur.
Original Demand Draft to be send to Dy. General Manager (Commercial),GSVC, Dream Villa, MIG 9/A, Kota, Raipur, Pin-492010, Chhattisgarh (India)
Clause 1: It shall be responsibility of the approved vendors to apply before 3 months of expiry of their registration.
Clause 2: Empanelled vendors shall be contacted for limited Notice inviting bids only as per GSVC Terms & Conditions. GSVC reserves the right to go for open Notice inviting bids as and when desires for procurement of materials.
In such case GSVC may send Letter to enlisted vendors. Registration as approved vendors does not confer any rights on vendors for order for items registered & GSVC is not obliged to contact empanelled vendors for all of the requirements for the items for which vendors has been registered.
However the registration may be liable for cancellation (a) if any of the submitted documents or statement found to be false later. (b) Any other grounds, which in the opinion of GSVC, retention of the approved vendor is undesirable in the interest of the GSVC.
Clause 3: GSVC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the applications without assigning any reason thereof. GSVC may not enlist any new vendors where sufficient vendors are already empanelled.
